Future Students

Iowa State University is a one of a kind place: beautiful campus, welcoming people, quality education, and a campus spirit that is second to none. We at MSA are excited that you are looking at Iowa State as a place to live, learn, and grow!
If you are a first-year student and want to visit campus, you can sign up for tours through the Office of Admissions. Tours of campus are given on a regular basis, and signing up for one is easy! Click on the link above that will show the dates available for tours.

Experience Iowa State (EIS) is a one-day, in depth tour of all that Iowa State has to offer. You will be able to take part in a resource fair, meet with current Iowa State students, and listen to an actual class. MSA has an open house in the afternoon portion of EIS where you can visit our offices and ask questions about our services and programs.

The Academic Program for Excellence (APEX), George Washington Carver (GWC) program and the Multicultural Vision Program (MVP) are scholarship and learning programs open to new, direct from high school students.  To learn about the programs, their application and selection criteria and expectations of scholars, visit here.
